Our free services at a glance:

  2. Multilingual telephone or on-line consultation with local agents, an easy way to get all the information you need about the properties and the surrounding area.
  3. We arrange personally escorted visits to the property. Re-d will accompany you in person and answer any questions you may have.
  4. We can assist you or even accompany you to the closing (e.g. visits to notaries’ offices etc.).
  5. Legal and other advice (e.g. financing, introductions to our partner banks, reliable contractors and renovation resources.

You can consult the re-d database of properties free of charge. If you find an interesting property, please contact us via the contact form provided.

After we receive your inquiry, a re-d employee will contact you within a day or two. From that point on, a skilled re-d employee with local knowledge and experience will be at your service to provide you with details on the property you have inquired about as well as any information you need about local and regional formalities of real estate purchases. Your re-d agent speaks his or her local language, English and other languages, depending on the region and agent – frequently including German. In addition to providing expert advice, your re-d agent can also help you find trustworthy partners for financing or reliable contractors for any renovation work that may be necessary.

Once all your questions have been answered, you can make an appointment to visit the property in person. Your re-d agent will be happy to arrange a visit at a convenient time and can help with the logistics of your visit, by recommending suitable lodging if necessary.

Before you set out on your inspection visit, you will receive an acknowledgment of referral from re-d, which we ask that you sign and return to re-d. This acknowledgment does not mean that you have agreed to buy anything or that you owe us any money. The purpose of the acknowledgment is simply to document the fact that you became aware of the property through us. A copy of a standard sample acknowledgment of referral is available here.

If you decide to buy the property, your re-d agent will accompany you to the closing and will provide expert assistance in completing all the formalities.

 

 

 


re-d Spain broker's commission for buyers:

In individual cases we calculate a broker's commission in Spain which the buyer has to pay. The amount of the commission depends on object, situation and purchase price. You find concrete details on the commission in the respective Exposes. Of course your re-d broker informs you about it any time, too.

Please take the customary costs of the legal obligations like e.g. tax on acquisition of real estate into account. You get a list of these obligations for you as a buyer in our property adviser Spain.

 

 

Unless otherwise indicated, the prices of all properties offered for sale by re-d do not include any local sales, excise or transfer taxes, notary fees, bank or attorney’s fees or real estate taxes and will vary depending on the country and your individual needs. Please ask your re-d agent for more information.

Contracts between re-d and local partner agencies and brokers guarantee that you will pay exactly the same price as you would pay in the local market. The actual contract of sale will be closed together with the owner or the owner’s agent and your re-d agent at a notary’s office.

If you decide not to buy the property, you are under no obligation and will not be charged anything. We will continue to look for properties that match your desires and needs and get back in touch with you when we locate a suitable property.

> Terms of businesses for sellers

You will receive the following services if you offer your property on re-d.

  1. Professional advertisement of your property on the Internet.
  2. Storage of all your information and photos in our database.
  3. Translation of your advertisement into foreign languages.
  4. Active search for customers in our existing customer database as well as via targeted, worldwide, multilingual advertising campaigns.
  5. Our re-d employees or our partner agents will escort you in person if you would like to visit the property.
  6. Handling of all purchase formalities and paperwork.
  7. Assistance in contract negotiations and legal matters.
  8. We can represent you in contract negotiations, at your request and on the basis of your instructions.
  9. All our services are included in the agent’s commission, i.e. at no extra cost.

In the case of a successful procurement of your object the following costs arise.

 


Spain re-d broker's commission for seller:

We calculate the present market value of your property and discuss a minimum purchase price to be obtained.

Our commission for successful sale of the property is then charged by the customary Spanish rates. This is normally 5% of the purchase price. If your place of residence is in Spain it is plus Spanish IVA (16%).
