How is your property advertised on the re-d homepage?

After one of our employees or agents has inspected the property in person, we will prepare an extensive Internet advertisement that includes photos, text and plans of your property. Where possible, we will appraise your property’s current market value and help you set a minimum selling price for your property.

After translation into the appropriate foreign languages, we will publish your “For Sale” advertisement on the Internet and promote your property by placing additional ads in target markets.

Within 3 days, your ad will be on the Internet, worldwide and around the clock, in the form of a colorful and professional presentation. We will continue to advertise your property free of charge until the sale has closed.

How we can help you sell your property

We are a network of local agents and brokers with the common goal of helping you sell your property. The first step is to offer your property to our large international clientele. We can also prepare targeted foreign-language advertisements worldwide. We currently have agents in Benelux, England, Germany, Italy, Spain, Turkey and Austria to represent our customers in person and to support our advertisements.

We can help you handle the local official formalities and assist buyers and sellers in negotiating the contract. We can also provide assistance in legal matters.

We will personally assist you and arrange the entire sales process up to and including the closing.

If the sale is not completed, you are under no obligation and will not be charged. Naturally, you can remove your property from out Internet page at any time. On your instructions, we will delete your advertisement within 3 days.

Agent’s contract and commission

We work with standard contracts in each country and charge a broker’s commission on the successful sale of your property which is based on the standard commission in the region. We need the following information to inspect your property and then get your ad on the Internet quickly. Please use the data submission form and send us photos and surveys or plot plans by e-mail using the .jpg file format:

1. Detailed description and additional information about the property.
2. As many photographs of the property as possible, both inside and outside.
3. Survey drawing of the property.
4. Layout and elevation drawings of the house.

Naturally we will keep all your information confidential, as required by German law, and will not disclose any of your personal information to third parties.
