Concerning ourselves: re-d has joined two important real estate associations

For a short time realestate-dreams is member in „Who is Who in Luxury Real Estate“ (www.luxuryrealestate.com), the leading property portal for luxury estates and in „Asociación Profesional de Expertos Inmobiliarios“ (APEI), a Spanish association of real estate professionals.

In order to enhance marketing efforts and to present their luxury properties to a wider audience, re-d has joined the international property asociation and portal „Who is Who in Luxury Real Estate“ (www.luxuryrealestate.com). It is the most viewed Luxury Real Estate Web Site in the World with an average of more than 65 million hits per month. realestate-dreams will feature their high end Italian and Spanish properties and connect with other associates around the world.

At the same time, re-d has joined the „Asociación Profesional de Expertos Inmobiliarios“ (APEI), a professional association of real estate agencies in Spain. The Expertos offer constant further education, legal advice, networking and many more services. With this association realestate-dreams will be inscribed in the new real estate agency register of Catalonia. The register, obligatory for all active real estate professionals in Catalonia, will be published in September 2010 and will include only professionals officially accepted by the Catalan government fulfilling certain requirements, like proven work experience, business insurances and other guarantees. A governmental measure to strengthen service quality, security and confidence of clients of the real estate business sector in Catalonia.
