An american survey reveals: The internet and real estate agencies are the principal sources of property sales
The consumer survey, presented from the National Realtors Association, founds that 3 of 4 properties are sold because of a listing in the internet or because of the publicity of a real estate agent. Only 2% are finding their dream property by the classic magazine or newspapers ad.
The dreamhome has been found by a 36% via Internet, by 36% via an estate agent, by 12% because of a signpost at the property, 6% through a friend or neighbour or relative, to 2% by the owner direct and only 1% through ads in magazines or newspapers.
